| June 2026 Market Review In June, major U.S. stock indexes declined by ~ 1% to 3%, while the small-cap index gained approximately 4%. Geopolitical risks abated after the Trump administration and Iran reached an MOU, triggering a collapse in oil prices. Consequently, inflation expectations declined, prompting capital to rotate out of AI stocks and into economically sensitive areas, such as small-cap and international equities. Our Portfolio Performance In June, capital rotated away from the Magnificent Seven as the market absorbed the historic SpaceX IPO. Simultaneously, the collapse in oil prices and cooling inflation expectations drove a rotation into economically sensitive small-cap companies. Our portfolio was heavily positioned in AI-related themes, primarily semiconductors and select mega-cap tech stocks. While our Magnificent Seven exposures faced headwinds during this capital rotation, our semiconductor holdings posted positive returns. Ultimately, we ended the month with a modest decline, in line with major market benchmarks. July 2026 Market Outlook Looking ahead to July, we expect the recent market rotation away from technology and AI equities to reverse. As we enter earnings season, we anticipate that the strong underlying fundamentals of AI-related companies will be reflected in their financial reports, driving a rebound in the sector. Furthermore, following the June correction, valuations in this space are no longer demanding, presenting an attractive entry point.
